Everyone should know by now that Bourbon House is one of my top choices to suggest to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Downtown New Orleans. The Bourbon Street restaurant is all about showcasing New Orleans’ best flavors and ingredients – like the Bourbon House’s signature Redfish on the Half Shell. The beautifully seasoned and prepared Gulf fish paired with a zesty Lemon Beurre Blanc sauce and balsamic tossed onion and frisee salad is nothing short of a flavor revelation. There isn’t anything I have not tried on the menu, and I can honestly say the Redfish is my favorite next to the Red Snapper.

When trying the freshly grilled and well seasoned Red Fish, try out a Manhattan cocktail. Its a perfect drink to compliment this savory taste.
