CONFIRMED: Beyonce gives birth to girl ‘Ivy Blue Carter’

Music royalty Beyonce and Jay-Z welcomed the baby girl in a private wing of Lenox Hill Hospital, in which they rented out the entire fourth floor for $1.3 million according to NY Daily News.

DIDDY tweeted: Congrats to jay and B! God Bless ! And many more!

Rihanna tweeted last night: “Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih.”

Music mogul Russell Simmons also confirmed the arrival of the bundle of joy, tweeting “congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z.”

E! Online changed their report, and now says the baby’s name is BLUE IVY CARTER.
